Growing up in the hardworking communities of Northwest Iowa, I learned early on that we are measured by our results, not our rhetoric. As a teenager, I delivered newspapers. Serving in the State Senate, time and again, I’ve delivered results for our conservative values. That’s exactly why I’m running for Congress. We desperately need to elect a proven, effective conservative who not only says the right thing but also does the right thing.

My record of results:

I’ve delivered for taxpayers. In the State Senate, I’ve been a fiscal conservative who fights for Iowa taxpayers. I’ve worked alongside Governor Reynolds and was the key architect of the largest state income tax cut in state history. I also led the way on reducing property taxes for Iowa’s working families and seniors. In Congress, I’ll fight against the liberal attempts to eliminate the Trump tax cuts.

I’ve delivered in the fight to stop illegal immigration. I agree with President Trump that we must secure our southern border. In the State Senate, I supported the law that banned sanctuary cities in Iowa, and in Congress, I will support building the wall while opposing Nancy Pelosi’s and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s reckless open borders policies that are endangering Iowa communities.

I’ve delivered results for our Christian values. I was born and raised in a strong Christian family and faith is at the center of my family, my work and my public service. I’m a true Christian conservative and have been a leading voice defending life, including fighting to defund Planned Parenthood, sponsoring a bill that defined life at conception, and I’m a strong supporter of amending the Iowa Constitution to not grant the right to an abortion. I’m a former Deacon, and I teach Sunday school. In Congress, I’ll be a champion for the Christian conservative values that make our families and communities strong.

I’ve delivered for our farmers. With the experience of working on my family’s farm, I’ve been a champion of the agricultural economy and family farmers in the State Senate. I’ve been a strong supporter of renewable fuels while eliminating the grain bin tax and supporting our new farmers. In Congress, I’ll continue delivering real results for Iowa farmers.
