Voters in House District 47 are facing a serious question of trust this election cycle. Integrity is the foundation of public service, yet a troubling pattern of misinformation has emerged from Jeremy King’s campaign—most recently regarding his professional credentials.
For months, Jeremy King’s campaign website, Facebook page, and LinkedIn profile prominently featured the title “REALTOR.” However, after concerns arose from actual licensed REALTORS in the district for using a trademarked title he does not hold, those references have quietly vanished from his digital footprint…
The question is, was it Incompetence or Deceit?
Whether this was a calculated lie or a massive oversight, the implications are equally concerning:
- If it was intentional, He knowingly deceived the public, potential clients, and voters to bolster his professional image.
- If it was an “error,” It demonstrates a startling level of incompetence and a lack of attention to detail regarding legal and professional standards.
Regardless of the “why,” the result is the same: the public was misled.
This isn’t just about a job title; it’s about a mounting list of tall tales designed to win over voters. If Jeremy King is willing to mislead his own clients and the community about his professional background, how can we trust him to be honest about complex policy issues at the Capitol?
Voters in Guthrie, Greene, and Northwest Dallas Counties deserve a representative who leads with transparency, not one who shifts their story only after they get caught. If Jeremy will deceive you to get the job, he will certainly deceive you while he’s in it.
House District 47 deserves a Representative they can trust.
